Probably the best thai boat in fresno....but their flavors are inconsistent sometimes and the place is small and crowded when packed

It's been years since I've been to the Asian Village..noted the name change..new owners? I don't know, but I was in the neighbood and I needed to go see if they still had prepackaged savory morsels😋. Today's visit ....was beautiful; great friendly service by the teller up front. Will be attaching pictures of my purchases...the only disappointment was they didn't have the prepackaged sausage & purple sticky rice. Other then that, I'm blissed out by my spontaneous pip-stop, purchase, & savory curious cuisine finds there.

The fried pork belly and the sauce is amazing. It doesn't taste oily at all. The papaya salad and pho was good. I would rate the pho broth a 8 from 1-10 and ten being the best. The broth is very oily but still tasty. The workers are very nice and the service was great. The only reason why it didn't get 5 Stars is because they don't have ac. It was very hot inside as to the weather wasn't helping much either.
